Breland J. Roach, 26, and Qwanayzia N. Nelson, 23, both of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and Harold E. Corbin, 25, and Darnell M. Willingham, 29, both of Philadelphia, were charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Trevis Willingham, 34, of Philadelphia was charged with disorderly conduct.
